Trimmen – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of all barbering, grooming, and styling services and products provided by Trimmen. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform partner at  BACO CUTS - Newcastle upon Tyne - Book Online - Prices, Reviews, Photos
  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failing to do so, will lead to cancellations fee charged automatically due to negligence and not paying attention to our terms and conditions. 
  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

3. Services & Pricing

  • All services are performed by qualified professionals with industry-recognized training.
  • Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Consultations are available upon request and may be required for certain services.

4. Health & Safety

  • Our premises comply with all local health and safety regulations.
  • Equipment is sterilized regularly, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
  • Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

5. Customer Experience

  • We are committed to delivering a high-quality, professional, and respectful experience.
  • Feedback is welcome and can be submitted via our website or in person.
  • In the event of dissatisfaction, we will follow our internal complaints procedure and, if necessary, provide information on alternative dispute resolution.

6. Products

  • All products sold are professionally sourced and meet UK safety standards.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused items with proof of purchase.

7. Liability

  • Trimmen holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions if relevant medical or allergy information is not disclosed.

8. Privacy

  • Client data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Personal information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and marketing (with consent).

9. Legal Compliance

  • Trimmen operates in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and local Newcastle City Council byelaws.
